No Audio When Receiveing Calls

Has anybody had issues when they answear the phone and nothing happens like it says in call but you cant hear or talk to the person and they cant hear or talk to you. I have tried different radios just to be sure it wasnt the radio rom

It happens to me, but not often. The phone rings, I answer and the phone app opens and shows connected. Neither party can hear or talk. It also happens on outgoing calls. I was behind my brother's car and called him. I could see him pick up his phone so the call went through but could not hear/talk.

The phone works again after a soft reset.
