Touch Diamond SPL downgrade/WST

Hi Guys,
First of all I would like to say what a great site XDA Developer is. I have spent some time reading threads and not found any answers to my questions (that doesn’t mean they aren’t out there!:)) so I am sorry if my noobee questions are a bit stupid…..

I have a UK Vodafone Touch Diamond, SPL 1.90 I am ultimately trying to get to the point where I can use the WST 4.2.2 available on this site.
From reading the many threads I believe that it is possible to do this by downgrading The SPL to 1.11? as a trial I was trying to use the HARD SPL downgrade to 1.4 but I cant seem to get this to work using Unsigned-Hard-SPL-Diamond-OliNex. I have to use the SSPL transferred to the device and it comes up with the error 244… invalid model ID.

I have read the following links for info but there doesn’t seem to be anything specific for the touch diamond….

So, my questions are,
-Will I be able to use the Wizard Service Tool with my Touch Diamond?
-can I downgrade to SPL 1.11? if so how? Or point me to the thread I have missed please.
-is there another WST out there that I can use?

Mestrini's WST won't work on the Diamond.

ok thanks, is there anything else out there with the same functionality? for touch diamond?
