I have an Tytn II Vodafone.I've install on it HardSpl 3.29 (in bootloader screen it mean SPL-3.29.Hard)and i would to install a T.I.R V8k rom.
Can i flash it?

No. You will brick everything. And it will drop atomic bomb somewhere.
