okay I followed these instructions and now my phone will not go past the white verizon startup screen.

(If you are using UC let the customizations run so it will read the SDConfig.txt file)

This will work to flash with an official ROM and radio, I think regardless of the boot loader you have installed. But ensure that you have the correct boot loader (olipro 2.40 for this GPS ROMs) installed for when you do eventually finish with your flashing and are ready to boot into the OS.

If you are running a no2chem rom you need to pull the battery out for 10 or so seconds. If it's a different custom rom like dcd's you need to most like aquire another one because yours could be corrupt. Tell me what rom you have and if you used someone cooked rom or cooked your own and I'll try to help.

r4r loaded.. i got a different rom and put it on my sdcard, then i brought up my bootloader and it turns from rainbow to gray for a split second, and pops up on the gray screen really quick something like "no image found" or something similar
