Touch Dual touchscreen problem !

Hello,i have problem with this phone my touch sreecn works on home page but i cant enter to menu(i cant click on START icon) and how i can enter to SMS inbox without touchsrceen (numpad combination ? ) ty very much

Soft reset your phone and perform screen realignment, it may help

The problem is the screen alignment is out and soft resetting it won't fix it or bring up the screen alignment. If I had the phone in front of me, I'd just hard reset it myself and set it up from scratch again, but the user is at the other end of the country and talking him through setting this up isn't the easiest thing due to his skill level.
Seems silly to have a screen callibration tool (Start > Settings > System Tab > Screen > Align Screen), if you can't get to it without using the the touch screen.
