Cant flash..

Hi all, finally I got a Diamond, (and on monday thay start selling HD :( ) after I had my Universal for many years..

So I just unpacked it, played with it, I like allways, its crap when I cant get any of the HardSPL flashers to work, I tryed all that I could find here.. :(
When I try flashing, its starts, its goes black, getting progress bar, and it stops at 0% (I have read the thread about it)

Any one got an idear, or something that I should try?

There was 2 things in it..
#1 Flashing dont work under VMWare on a mac..

#2 Flashing dont work on a Windows FLP
