HELP!

I was installing a new rom and the USB cable came unplugged, thats when it all went wrong...I cant get it to go past the "touch it" screen(this isnt the one i was trying to install) But Now when I softreset or anything ti wont go past, I n eed to get it back to normal so i can actualy use it...I dont wanna have to buy a whole new phone....Ive had this since it came out and now im pretty mad...
