active sync imate jasjam

im having trouble connecting my imate jasjam to my computer...?
i connected it before and it was fine now it has just stopped working
i havent changed anything on my computer so im not sure what has stopped it working


also have trouble with my other jasjam , the phone function has stopped working
any ideas

Does the Jasjam with the "stopped phone function" show a radio rom version or "No GSM"? Again, no info, no help...
