[question] Notivication light

Good day,

a friend of my'n now has the new pro.
after a week or so the round dpad started to light up as if there is a missed call or something like that.

but there is nothing unread or missed.
this thing is now blinking every view seconds for a week now.

we checked all things that could set off the light.
we removed the battery

but nothing helped.

does anybody know a solution?

The beacon light is supposed to blink when there is a new voicemail waiting.
If there's no voicemail pending it's probably out of sync.
You could try leaving a message, then clearing it by listening to it to see if that resyncs it.
Otherwise you can disable the beacon notification function entirely through Phone/Settings.
