Hsdpa Problem

Dear all!

i have htc touch dual italian version ,but i changed to chinese chs language, after that no more hsdpa even 3g connection, does some one got hsdpa.cab something to install and fix that problem?

How did you made changes? Did you flash some ROM or installed any fix?
