The best is SHAPE SERVICES IM PLUS FOR POCKET PC. You can have AOL, Yahoo, GMail, Hotmail, Jabber, MySpace, and ICQ all in one small application.

Just search for it.

I still prefer Agile Messenger (http://www.agilemobile.com) over all others - except their pricing is rather too high!

IM Software has been discussed all over this place, for example HERE (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=438763) - a search would have provided you with a lot of threads dealing with the exact same question.
