*.Soft Reset + Hold volume down button + back button <----
*.Follow instructions on screen
1:将刷机包xxx.nbh文件改名为DIAMIMG.nbh,然后复制到内存卡根目录下(注意字母大小写 )
2:同时按住音量"一"向下键和后退"<="键不放用笔捅一下重起键直到出现图2的英文字,,
3:按一下开机键开始刷机,如图进度条,按中间的导航键取消
4:等待进度条完成显示update complete update success刷机完成!重启即可

I think that this happens because you don't have an updated hardspl... or at least you are trying to flash an "un-signed" rom with a signed-only hardspl, does this happen also with stock original rom?? if you can flash in this way with stock original rom the problem is the "signed-only" hardspl

I'm reboot the Diamond when i had waited for a long time(about 10 minutes)

I'm just only put the Hard SPL into the phone and named for the DAMING.nbh
by the phone wasn't flashing.
may be the path has some problem?my phone path has chinese because my phone system is HongKong non for the "Stroage Card"!It's 内置储存(for chinese)

Dont know if you can flash HardSPL by Internal Storage method.. You should download HardSPL and install via cable just to be safe. If flash HardSPL failed, you will probably brick your phone too.

My phone cannot connect by cable.May be my phone some problem with hardware.then the phone is newly.No people can repair it.
So I want update it by myself.
When I Press the Vol- and the Right button then Kick the little red button under the phone. It nothing happen.

Now I'm not going Download the Rom.I'm downloading the Hare SPL.in to the Phone...
WHY when I press the three button[Vol- "Back"(Right Button),Reboot(Red button)],the phone was non power on.
I had to Press the "Power",then Quick Press the Vol- and "Back"button ,the screen was different with the forum of others?
I don't know what has happen to my Diamond...

For those that are flashing stock roms (which comes in executables), you can extract the rom file (.nbh) easily, and place this stock image in ur storage drive for easy flashing should you need to restore to stock conditions (minus the SPL of cos).


Clear your temp folder (run disk cleanup)
Disconnect ur device from the PC if connected
Start the installer
Go to your Temp folder (ensure u can see hidden files). Temp folder is usually at C:\Documents & Settings\[USERNAME]\Local Settings\Temp.
Find the rom file and copy out of that folder

you can use a program called Win-RAR this program makes it easy extracting executable files and many others

old thread but my phone just stays at "loading..." i cant flash crap via activasync. only 1 did work the leaked sprint rom any other for the diamond give me a connection error. im sure that hardspl crap has to do with it as mentioned above but last time i ever tried that it added a few files to my phone then proceded to load jumpspl.exe and locked my phone up and did nothing. this is a great phone and i hate to miss out on all the goodies u people are getting!!!

Reformat your internal storage with SDFormatter (freeware).
It should work afterwards.

I press the down key, back key and then press the reset button and all it does is reset and loads back like normal when you power it off.

Also cant install any HARD SPL or anything thru USB cable. Only one that has worked for me was the Leaked Sprint 2.00 version that was floating around. What is wrong?

2: reset your diamond
3: as soon as the screen turns black, PRESS AND HOLD back+vol down key, till the bootloader shows.
