My cat did it, now stuck on Bootloader.

I have done 4 phone before, so I am ok with whole process.
After did "TeraTermPro", I re-enabled "USB connection in ActiveSyn"; I launched "ROMUpdateUtility", it found the phone, BUT, before I did any update, my cat pulled the USB cable off my phone. Oh, No, my computer does not recognize my phone. My phone stucks on Bootloader screen. What should I do now?

Update:
I solved the problem. All I needed was to restart my computer, released occupied USB port. Run "TeraTermPro", re-enabled "USB port under ActiveSyn"....
Next time, I'll certainly lock my cat away before I do this. Thank you.
