help required..!!!

hey guyzz, i upgrade my atom exec to wm6.1 but it is not connecting using active sync, it connects to bluetooth but not synchronized.. it cant show any thing in COM PORTS optio0n of bluetooth thats why unable to make any incoming or outgoing port on that connection...???
