Really, There's No Need To Capitalize Every Word :P
But back on subject, if you want working and USABLE Android on a non-aandroid phone then you'll have to wait a while. About the best you might get now is a booting kernel and if you're luchy maybe some basic UI functions, but don't count on a fully working system (especially the phone part) in less than a year. Note that Android (real OS, not emulator and SDK) has been released not very long ago and even on G1 it's still not perfect and has a lot of missing features. So i wouldn't expect real ports before the system itself becomes a bit more mature.
