vx6800 can no longer get "online"

I used the clean feature in SK Tools and cleaned all of the stuff that it found and now I can't use my browser or connect "online". I tried over the verizon network and my home wireless network. I can't even open the Settings, Connections, Connections app.

sounds pretty bad if you can't even get to the system - connections - connection app.

I'd suggest backing up your contacts etc... hardreset... or reflash the original vzw rom/radio.

you'll have to reauthenticate probably by calling vzw but that is simple and they are nice to work with.

Then you'll have to re-enter your network connections userid and password.

it's usually your phone# followed by @vzw3g.com

password is "vzw"

Then in the same phone call, ask vzw to reset/update your phone's IP settings from their end.

Then restore your apps and contacts from your backup.
