Please tell me why i can't install a new ROM

Hello everybody.

I am new to the XDA Forums i heared about the site a couple of days ago from a class mate.


now a few weeks ago i bought the T-Mobile version of the HTC Touch Diamond. I wanted to start with installing a new rom.

this is the one.. when i try to install it i get a error message.. my old ROM still works but i can't get the new one on it..

is the problem my OS.. windows vista?
or is it a other problem..

i hope somebody can give some information
