[H E L P]HTC Touch have dieeed!

I am trying to flash my HTC TOUCH XL.When the screen changes tocolor white, the PDA remains stop, and later in a few seconds appears me in the RomUpdateUtility program this screens:

The screen continues with white color always,it doesn't anything.Then I have reboot the PDA.Now the screen always stays here:

Always,when I reboot the PDA,in a few seconds appear two messages:

- Searching for SD card

- Checking SD contents



Omg...which the problem?Can I repair the PDA?
