What is a good PC program to manage my HTC?

Hello everyone, i just joined XDA, so i hope i'm posting this in the right forum.

I recently purchased the HTC Raphael (Fuze), and i was wondering, what is a good PC program that i can use to manage the files on my fuze (such as file organization, contact/sms backups, etc)?

I would appreciate your recommendations! :)

Have a look at SOTI Pocket Controller Pro (http://www.soti.net/default.asp?Cmd=Products&SubCmd=PCPro) - it is commercial but works great for me!
