Hi all,
I followed the guide on how to watch full youtube videos on my new SE Xperia 1, but I keep hitting a brick wall.
So far I followed this guide to the dot:
6.1 POCKETPC SECTION ONLY!
{*6.1 PocketPC Package}, {the 6.1 Crash.txt error message has been fixed using the new 6.1 PocketPC Package} Added **compontent parts software package below, my method is a permanent fix for the 6.1 Crash.txt Error. Please install the software in order, 1 through 4 below}.....!
1.*Samsung Omnia i900, HTC Diamond, HTC Raphael Pro, 103, 301, Galxy7, Xperia X1 and HTC Touch HD owners you will need this TCPMP/Player version for Your device, TCPMP 0.72RC1-ARM-PPC-recomp-03.cab.zip, INSTALL TO THE MAIN MEMORY{Thanks to Milesmowbray} get it here http://www.mediafire.com/?1ggruyjfuv0 .{Please do not install the TCPMP Master Codec Pak with the 6.1 PocketPC Package}......!
2.*FlashvideoBundle 1.4.4.zip get it here http://www.mediafire.com/?3gxg4tgo3yt ....! INSTALL TO THE MAIN MEMORY!
3.**ac3.arm.cab http://www.mediafire.com/?m3ywrwzphs0 ........! INSTALL TO YOU SD CARD.....!
4.**H.264.cab http://www.mediafire.com/?c4xzmenw0z2 ......!Note: Please install the 6.1 pocketPC Package to the main memory in the order you see here 1 through 4, soft reset your PDA.........! INSTALL TO YOUR SD CARD......!
But once it's all installed I try TCPMP and the videos are like watching a slide show. Then I log onto youtube.com/?nomobile=1 and when i click on a video, the next page doesnt even show the video at all! (ie. theres not even a square image, just the text and comments.
On top of that, when I do go to the youtube mobile page, the videos say "failed to find network" when I load it.
I'm completely out of ideas so if anyone can help me please do :(
