VISTA - Flashing ROMS maybe by storagecard

Hi,
I have problems when i try to flash a rom with Windows Vista.
With my Raphale i can flash with my storagecard is that possible with a wizard?
how must i name the file and the extension?

I hope someone can help me with this

as far as i know that is not available with the wizards
