Hermes not boot pass Operator screen...Help!!

Sorry...will not boot pass the Operator logo screen. Any suggestions on how to resolve??

my hermes 100 also can't start its windows mobile...

is there something wrong with my hardware? software?

Try a hard reset.
We need more information... Whats your SPL, have you installed Hard SPL? Whats your ROM, stock or cooked? We here aren't mind readers and need the information to give you advice. Some reading on your part would help too. Try this -
