Hi,
I've searched this forum, as well as any other places that could have some information or description similar to problem I'm facing on my HTC Touch Diamond with WiFi, but couldn't find any... So here goes.
Problem:
- Opera Mini / IE are unable to display any page
Configuration:
- proxy servers are disabled for all connections
- currently running Duttys V3.4 APR WWE 5.2.20761.1.4.2 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=411707 (more here))
- WiFi connection is properly established, IP assigned through DHCP
- within TaskMgr application I can use Ping utility - and pinging works (both by IP or by host name, so DNS servers are correctly configured).
Connection:
- to local router, with WPA-PSK and TKIP (type set to "Work").
When I enter some page address in Opera - in TaskMgr ("Net Stats" tab) I can see a direct outgoing connection to port 80 with status "SYN_SENT", but that's all. I checked advanced config settings in "opera:config", tried different values (i.e. for "ConnMgr connection GUID index") - but result is always the same. What's more - everything works fine when I connect my Diamond to PC (ActiveSync via USB).
Does anyone have any clues what could be causing such behavior?
