How to install ROM with part 1,2,3 ?

umm i don't know what kind of a rom you are trying to flash but keep these things in mind:

a) no hardspl yet ... so very hard probability that you can brick your device.
b) roms come as a nbh file ... which is one file not multiple parts ...
c) well this is actually a question: what is the source of this rom??? can't be here as here every rom is a single nbh + customruu.exe

i would say refrain from flashing this particular rom but again its your device your choice :)

Meaning he has multiple *.rar parts.

cnguyen I really think you should wait until you get a walkthrough.

If I have .rar files I use winrar nice little tool

the others should be able to tell you what to do with the contents
once extracted

Hi,
In my opinion you can't upgrade your HD with Orange ROM. There is no HardSPL yet !!. But if better upgrade by latest Asian WWE ROM.

this is a RAR archive formed from 3 parts. you need to first unrar it using, obviously, winrar. double click the first archive and it will ask you to extract all the others.
once you have extracted all files, you will realize there are only two files, one of them being an .exe file. you should run the .exe file and it will guide you through the installation.
BUT, since your device, as all others, is CID, installation will not work, since at the beginning it will check for the Carrier ID and fail the installation, if it comes from a different carrier (GSM operator).
What you need to do is sit back and relax, wait and follow the thread here:

Once these guys have a solution for Hard-SPL, you will need to install first Hard-SPL and then your new ROM version, the one you just unrared.

PS. Just did a sum up of all the info posted above.
