Softkey vibrate feedback program

Does such a program exist? I mean, a program that gives a little vibrating feedback when pressing the softkeys, for example when writing SMS? I read about it sometime ago, any updates on this matter?

its great, no noticeable drain on battery and if you set to 18ms vibration, it feels like teeter! lol
