please help..diamond dead!!

i have a big problem...i found info about how to update rom using hardspl... i found a site with cdma diamond hardspl. i download files from there and proceed haw they say...but now my phone is not starting, or enter bootloader....i found out that my phone can be a gsm diamond => phone dead?? how can i repair it?? i don't have warranty....
sorry for my bad english...i'm romanian:D
