Thread title cannot be changed is thread is older than 1 year?

I developed a program that I have been updating for a year. Every time there is a new update, I change the thread title with the current date.
Maybe it was just a coincidence, but one year after this thread was opened the thread title gets not updated anymore.

Any ideas why?

As you can see the title gets updated if you are inside the thread, but if you go back to the forum where the thread is located you still see the old one.

Is this a bug?

Since this seems to be a bug in the forum and there is not solution for that, could a moderator please edit the title of the thread and remove the date where I specify when was updated?

I gues forum has restriction that no one can change the title of the thread older then 1 year, but i think reputed members should not be restricted
