[need help] Camera Flash always On

Hi all, I need some help here please...
My camera flash are always on since last time i used it as flashlight yesterday. It won't turned off. I tried to hard reset, self diagnostic, even upgrading my ROM.
This is from my Atom Black "about section":
Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional
CE OS 5.2.20931 (Build 20931.1.5.0 PV) SB

I don't have any idea if it's eating my battery life or it's not.

It won't turned off...:confused: As you can see, just one of the two led is turned on...:confused:
Anybody got the same problem? How to fix this up? Help me please...

I tried to remove the battery, still the same problem...

well,im pretty sure its hardware issue(CMIIW).coz youv even upgraded your ROM.
and yes its drain your battery
