accelerometer Problem

i tried searching for this but no success so i decide to start a new thread.

i was importing pictures to my diamond as usual, and when i disconected i checked out my pictures and they where upside down :/

and i was sceptical and thought it was a little glitch or something so i reboot my phone. then checked it out again but no cigar. i even went into the teeter game and the ball just goes the top even though it does go side to side, it does not go off the top. I even tried the G-sensor calibrator and no success either. I even did a hard reset just a few seconds ago and still nothing, this is making me sorta mad/sad

now i have no idea what to do, second before this it was working perfect and I didn't do anything but plug it to the computer, import pictures and then disconnect it.

any ideas on what this might be?

so i was sooo pissed off and about to cry, cuz of my diamond accelorometer not working, but guess what?

after a hard reset (which didn't do anything but erase all my programs and things i have to put back in). took of the battery and waited a minute but still nothing. but then, I, in a moment of desperation went to the G-Sensor Calibrator thingy and hit my diamond (a few love taps) and it was sorta working now!!! i just had to calibrate it! WTF!!!???

sorry for a waste of a thread but i guess if anyone else has this problem in the near future, instead of reseting everything in a fit like i did, just go into the Calibrator and give it a few love taps in the direction you need it to go. and see if the bubble goes where it needs too and then calibrate it back to original.

i guess violence and technology sometimes do go togethere :rolleyes:
