stuck at splash screen

prophet boot problem (The pda hangs at the splash screen not the 3-colored bootscreen.)
One day my pda crashed and I had to hard reset it (WM6 rom was on it), since then the prophet does not boot anymore.
Since I did not have the rom anymore I downloaded another WM6.1 rom that i found true xda-developpers.com.
This was rom WM6.1 Prophet_shadow_20_TE.
after this the problem was the same The PDA hangs at the splash screen.
Then i downloaded an original rom: RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_NVID.exe NVID ROM
Also after this rom update the problem stays the same.

I have read that first the IPL is launched wich launches the SPL wich should launch the OS.
If it passes the 3-colored boot screen and hangs at the splash screen, is the problem then related to IPL, SPL or os? or something else?

for the moment i have:
IPL: 2.20.001
SPL: 2.20.001
GSM: 02.47.21
OS: 2.20.7.34

With every action i did the IPL/SPL and OS changed and also the splash screen changed.
But the PDA hangs every time at the splash screen.

Do you guys have any other idea that might help?

You must have flash a WM5 Rom, WM5Rom. OK - Not a WM6 Rom. So many treads are here, and allways the same question.

forgive me if it is a stupid question but isn't the ROM "RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_NVID.exe" a WM5 ROM?

If not wich should i use then.

Maybe, try it. In germany we have the Qtek 2.20.739 GER, NVID or the orig. O2 Rom from O2 download side. You must take your prophet in Bootlaoder Modus, then the USB cable to your PC and flash the WM5 Rom, with no ActiveSync. Afterwords look for HardSPL and than you can flash the WM6 Roms. But plz read here so many treads or teh wiki. I am lazy to answer allways the same questions.

This link doesn`t help. Brother I don`t know what you do, but this is the right way. If this is not work on your prophet, than it`s good for door stopping.

Right, i think i know what you have done... like many other here.

You did have wm5 rom on your device. You then tried to flash a wm6 rom WITHOUT hardspl you phone first...... big mistake as this has probably bricked your phone:(

When it starts up, is you ipl, spl, os info show up or does it hang on the 1st splash screen. I ask this because on there are 3 screens in total. 1st boot screen, 2nd shows ur info, then 3rd screen then device starts (at least i think:D hehe)

I have a feeling its fucked, but let me know if you ipl info shows.

Thx for your reply.

I originlly had WM6 on my device and everything was working fine, one day the pda crashed (screen was black and stayed black) the only thing i could do was do a hard reset. after this the pda hanged at the boot screen.
I don't know exactly anymore what IPL;SPL and so one was showing when booting the pda.
But after i hard reset the phone the booting got stuck on the HTC splash screen.

Next thing i tried, was to restore the RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_NVID.exe NVID ROM

after this rom was installed (no errors update went just fine)
i got a white screen with the text HTC inovation, in this screen i can see IPL adn SPL just a fraction of a second and then they dissapear
IPL: 2.20.0001
SPL: 2.20.0001
Next i get the standard blue Q-tek splash screen (with the clouds at the bottom):
IPL: 2.20.0001
SPL: 2.20.0001
GSM: 02.47.21
OS: 2.20.7.34

to answer your question: for the moment i see the white HTC inovation screen, the i see the bleu QTEK "keep the world in one" screen wich shows:
