Why am I logged out before I can finsih a post? Is there some 10 minute timer cunting down from the moment I log in?

I have the same issue with Opera cookies enabled, now I have to use the nasty IE8 beta to enter XDA and problem solved

I guess Opera 9.24 is the culprit. It pains me to open IE.

Now it is happening the same with IE or Opera or FF
XDA logs me out every 5 min.
Is there a problem on the site?

well if you click "remember me" when you are logging in than it will never kick you out unless you delete your cookies/empty ie cache/history folders. That what i do .... than again i am on xda all the time so i guess it makes sense for me .. lol :D

You guys should give chrome a try, i never have problems (plus its fasttttttt.) :)

I've never had an issue with Firefox/IE7... But I have it set to remember me as it saves logging in again...

Thanks for the suggtion already tested and it´s nice and fast as you say, but very limitated now... maybe in a couple of years could be a good substitute, meantime Opera is the best!

PD This issue only happens on this site, but I´m get used to that anoying problem...
