No program in program list

Sorry for my bad english. Today i had to install a program but i have bad result. I go to program list and it is empty,but i have a lot of program installed. What can i do?! no hard reset please..:)

You can try to explore the folder \Windows\Start Menu\Programs (or \Windows\Menu Inicio\Programas if you have a Spanish ROM). That is the folder where the shortcuts are stored. If that folder is empty... you have to create manually all the shorcuts if you do not want to do a hard reset.


Por las dudas hables Español (me vas a entender mejor, mi ingles es espantoso):

Lo que podes hacer es ingresar al explorador de archivos, y abrir la carpeta \Windows\Start Menu\Programs (o \Windows\Menu Inicio\Programas si tu ROM está en español). Ahí se alojan los accesos directos que ves en la lista de programas. Si la carpeta está vacía, deberías recrear ahí manualmente los accesos directos si quieres evitar hacer un hard reset.
