Touch panel don´t responding

I have SPV M3100 and few months ago I broke my display so I bought new one from ebay

and there is not working touch panel after I replaced it.
Display is working fine, but when I tried to use stylus, touch panel didn´t response.
Could you please help me, where should be problem?

Check the connections of the flex cable, found out the hard way that it has to be just right or it may not work.
Test it before putting all back together so you can experiment.
