ok, I also unlock X04HT without the nag screen.

Unlocking Method: Donate to Olipro
Nag Screen Removal Method: dump the Softbank X04HT rom and replace the welcome.exe in windows folder with "Softbank USIM.cab".

Im still testing with the rom that I made (first time) and I will share it after I use it for few days if no problems :)
