Is anyone using a non-stock dialpad with success? if so, please link to your .cab file.

What type of dialer do you want? I personally use TDial Designer By Tiermann from PPCGeeks. It's a deesktop program that lets you customize the dialer with color, picture backgrounds, etc.

yeah i used a couple of the skins. i like the fishtank one and have used it ever since. the thread is "bunch of touch dialers" on ppc geeks. there are many cabs there for your dialer or you can create your own with the link in the prior post. everytime i go back to stock after a hard reset i have to get rid of the stock dialer first it is pure yuck!
