error messages when booting

'cannot execute cloknot.exe' and 'cannot execute tskschedule.exe' and 'cannot execute repllog.exe' and 'cannot execute calnot.exe'...

these are intermittent, as in they dont happen every time i boot. any ideas?

ok i found a radio upgrade for the UK... will this adversely affect me in the USA?
