Problems with boot loader on O2 Atom Life

Problems with boot loader on O2 Atom Life.
I try to flash "ATOM LIFE - PDAVIET ROM WM6.1 Manilla 2D (Core 20924) by TranMinhMan"
I have a microSD with miniSD adaptor. I've formated to FAT16 , copy the AL1.DIO on the card.
I press record+reset and nothing!
I get this :

And theat's it nothing hapend's from here. No matter what buton I press.
