[SKN] Real VGA Manila WMP Skin | Portrait + Landscape

Hello,

at first, sorry for my english, I'm from Germany. I've searched a while for a VGA Skin to match the look of the Media Player with the rest of my Diamond, but couldn't find anything. So I created this evening one by my self. :D

It's not finaly finished, but nearly at the end. If someone is interessted in this work I can Upload it here tomorrow or at monday. :rolleyes:

Here some Screens how it looks at the moment. If you have some ideas for Improvement...

So,

finally here it is, added today some nice rating icons and made a new Screenshot.
At the moment just portrait mode, but if I got time I add a Landscape version if some people ask for it.
If you have ideas for Improvement I'll try to implement them (if it is a good idea :D )

Makes no difference which ROM you use, should work on every ROM with the WMP.

No, this theme is completely made by myself! There's nothing copied.

All other Versions I've seen are just upscaled qvga versions.

just extract the folder into \program files\Windows Media Player

interesting,i have extract into that folder(so no in internal storage,i ectract this into device memore\program files\winows media player) but skin is same,and yes i have softreset?!?!

After you have placed the Folder in Windows/Media Player look for Options/Skins then select and the device should automatically locate it and you can scroll right/left to choose. :)

Can you share your icons for on your Start Menu screenshot? They look really nice.

I've edited every .exe and some .dll's of every Program I use and put my own custom Icons in the same style like in the first screenshot in.

So I could only provide the exe and dll files of the Programs.

I also cooked my little own ROM and putted some of my icon directly in, but I could replace the shellres192.dll or notes.exe, for example.

It's restored everytime I cook the ROM. I ask for some infos how to cook these files into the ROM, but noone wanted to help me :(

So, if there is a chef out there who wants to integrate my icons in a ROM and wants to help me to integrate them into a german ROM I would be happy :D

My player can't see the skin ?? I've had the same problem with one other skin, although managed to get it working with yet another skin ...

Thanks for this skin. Cooked into my latest rom - looks good, proper vga not upscaled.

I have copied the folder the \program files\Windows Media Player already.
and i have closed and reseted the phone after it.
However, I still can't see the new skin in option.

I'm using X1 and Touch X 7.0 ROM.
Anyone know how to fix it?

I guess it may be a problem about the resolution since X1's resolution is 480 x 800.
