Problems/solutions For Alltel Touch Diamond

I have received 11 messages in the past week regarding the HTC Touch Diamond, since almost anyone who visits the Q&A section know this is the device I own.

The messages claim problems and bugs with the new HTC Touch Diamond from Alltel. I can personally back up most of these problems, and am having the same problems on my device.

Since there seem to be several problems with device that need talked about, and Alltel claims to know nothing of any of them, I opened this thread to discuss the problems, and possible solutions.

I will close this thread in 7 days if there are no solutions posted, and we'll just have to wait guys and gals.

HERES WHAT PROBLEMS I AM HAVING AS OF NOW:


*Right Directional Pad Key Doesn't Work on ANY ALLTEL DIAMOND
(Up, Down, and Left work just fine. But When pressing right on the directional pad it doesn't work. You actually have to press over from the directional pad, between the END KEY, and the BACK key, to make it work.

*The "SEND TEXT" feature that is activated during call, locks up sometimes.
(Also, Im not sure how this is exactly supposed to work. I thought that when a call comes in, and you hit the "SEND TEXT" button, that it ignores the call, and automatically sends the text. But on my device, when you hit that key, it brings up new text. It has the message already typed in, but I thought it automatically sent it out?)
