Why don't you use CR86 Touch HD Version 0.7. It is very similiar to what you are asking for. Then you add what is missing with CAB files.

I very seriously doubt that anyone would cook you a custom rom. There is a lot of work that goes into cooking a rom. Take SeanFromSoCal's advice and use a well established rom that has most of what you want, then add what you deem as missing. I think it is amazing that these guys post their hard work here for anyone to use. Then they take major verbal abuse from rude neube leechers. If you use and like someone's work make sure you donate to their junk food fund.

Or... you could take CR86's ROM and use Hypercore to dump it and then after lots of reading you could figure out how to take out what you do not want and add what you do want.

This would be the best if you really want to have it just the way you want it. It really is not that difficult to make a rom if you just follow the instructions and read alot. Time consuming though. If you are going to use a rom a donation is nice to do.

+1 for CR86 Touch HD. I love it. And It had things i didnt want and didn't have things that i did want. I just downloaded some cabs and ignore what i dont want and there is still enough room for improvements for my taste. But as I do not wish to invest the time and research into cooking my own I am more than happy to try the offerings that are currently available because these guys put a LOT of hard work into them. I helped beta test XDA Mobile 6 and that gave me a little taste of what is involved. The developers have a stregnth of character that i could never match to be able to put up with all the flak that they receive from those that just download and criticise.

So in summery. try a few of the light versions of TNT, CR86, or any number of other 6.0 or 6.1 based roms. And then add your own bits here and there. You'll come up with a nice balence :)
