Only one thing I can suggest you try. If you have your PS3 connected to the internet wirelessly make sure your NAT setting is at "2" instead of "3" because if it is the latter then connection problems can happen.
You can find out what your setting is by turning on your PS3 and going to "Settings" then "Network Settings" and then "Setting and Connection Status List" NAT type will be on the bottom. If yours does say type 3 then you should change your wireless router settings to enable UPnP.
