Please help! How to disable five-way button

I have problem with five-way buttons on the device. the buttons have been splash by the see and the direction buttons, when I press them stay pressed. that is making me a lot of problems.
Please do anybody know how to disable them (eather software way or hardware, rather software)

Are you willing to dismantle the phone?
If so you could try cleaning out the buttons and D/pad board.

I have already dismant the phone and clean buttons and board but no good result.
