More Control Over Send / Recieve Settings

Hi. I remember seeing a small app on here. It allowed more control over the mail send / receive settings, a bit like activesync's schedule settings. I have searched but cannot find it.

elaborate on that please.. what does it do exactly?

Rather than only being allowed to have send / receive check every 'n' minutes, it let you set different times for different days and different times of day. For example, on Monday through Friday, 9 to 5, every 5 minutes, and the rest of the time every hour.
