Samsung Omnia 850mhz Band Unlock

Hello xda geniuses! i come to ask the best minds here to help us over modaco and many, many other Samsung omnia users out there on figuring out how to enable the 850mhz 3G band on it. We got an epix rom that in theory has the same radio chip than the omnia, but has all frequencies unlocked, also the same for the omnia i900L, also with all frequencies unlocked, but we have no clue on how or if we can cook a i900 ROM using epix radio part? Any other suggestions?
