Your device isn't even a Windows Mobile device is it? What operating system is on that thing? I googled it and it looks like it is a IPhone Wannabee.

Here is part of them. I found this at ATT forum for you. They have them all...These also can be found in various places on this forum but your phone is not one that is built by HTC as far as we can tell so I don't know specifically where to access these settings but I used them in my unlocked moto razr and they work.
