Fixing a Miss_Mapped Keyboard

I switched from Vista to G- rom I am Liking the G-Rom but the keys are miss-mapped I.e.

Fn+q is an @ sign not a !
FN+d is a # not a :

I popped open advanced config and tried all the settings under input with no help any suggestions? I know its a small deal but I got used to the keys being there so my texting is really funky right now.
