If Cheetah=Hermes does Panther=Kaiser?

Basically most Rom Tools for the Hermes would work with Cheetah.
Does anyone know if internally the Panther is basically a Kaiser?

Because tools for the Hermes worked with Cheetah
I thought I would try tools for Kaiser with the Panther.

I got my raws with:
pdocread.exe -w -d FLASHDR -b 0x800 -p Part00 0 0x31f000 Part00.raw
pdocread.exe -w -d FLASHDR -b 0x800 -p Part01 0 0x3c0000 Part01.raw
pdocread.exe -w -d FLASHDR -b 0x800 -p Part02 0 0x4d40000 Part02.raw
pdocread.exe -w -d FLASHDR -b 0x800 -p Part03 0 0x6980000 Part03.raw

I've reconstructed and all went well.

I now have an RUU_signed.NBH!

No, I haven't flashed, and won't until I'm pretty sure the Kaiser tools also work with Panther.

We also need to be sure HardSPl works with Panther.

But I still don't think I want to flash until I have an Official Rom to Flash just in case.

But then We'd have an Official nbh that we could easily dump and rebuild, so all of the above would be of no need anyway.
