Trinity doesn't start

Hello, I've a problem with my HTC P3600 (win Mobile 6.1), it doesn't start (also using hard reset); i've tryed to buy a new battery but the results are the same. Moreover if I connect the phone with the charge (without the battery), the led red brights, but doesn't start anyway.:(What can i do? Thanx for the answers:)

you need to put the device in boot loader mode and attempt a reflash. i had the same issue and a reflash helped me.

Did you flash a new rom or something onto your phone after which this problem surfaced? If that was the case, try flashing another rom or better yet, check with the person that cooked the rom. You can PM them or something. How did this problem start and since when have you had it?
