Battery status problem

I searched around and didnt find much relevant info so, ill better just ask.

Ok so, just suddenly the battery status on my phone (LG KS20) is not updating, its frozen at 100%. It do discover if its plugged to an external power source and since it hasnt died yet the battery is recharging. I have tried do a restore with spb backup to a couple of days ago, the problem was not present at the time but is now even after the restored backup.

Anyone got a clue? Any tips or solutions?

This is pretty strange considering you restored a backup which didn't have the problem.
I had the same problem and figured out the problem is with the dll containing the battery status..
There's an option (which you should search for) to change the type of your battery status. Some work better than others and some don't get stuck at all.

If i manage to get my hands on it i'll let you know.

btw.. if you don't manage to switch to another type of status.. you should hard reset. if hard reset doesn't work, it's obviously a problem with your device.

Well if you could find that method of changing the type of battery status that would be good as i sure cant find it...

otherwise ill do a hard reset during the weekend, so now i have to find the instructions for that again :p sure wasnt easy i remember

Well i just did a hard reset and its still there.... : / guess its the device... ill see if the store would mind me adding som money and picking the htc diamond or something : / WM6.1 and all the HTC programs would be neat...

anyway no help needed anymore
