You need to re-flash your ROM with an English one.

So if any bady can help me bc i don't know nothing in Dutch so i want to change langue if any body have any video to share whith me how to re-flash My ROM whith an english version plsss do it for me or can contact me in my msn plss

No one on this forum is going to spoon feed you. If you follow DavidShaw's link in the previous post, it will take you to a link that has step-by-step instructions. Wont get any easier than that.

the majority of the roms here are english, and if they aren't they are clearly marked what language they are. If you check out the wiki theres a list or Cooked and Shipped roms. I suggest selecting one of the latest cooked roms.

Side not, WWE stands for world wide english. So if you see a rom with WWE in the filename, you might want to try it out.

i Instal new rom but the problem is thet now say no 3G video Avalible and no WF-FI 3G
